Description de l'emploi
- Drives LPSplus/Continuous Improvement (CI) deployment in the plant in accordance with the LPSplus Manual:
- Supports LPSplus Management to define the yearly main objectives / priorities for LPSplus deployment to reach the plant objectives (e.g. plant cost rate; efficiency, quality indicators)
- Supports LPSplus Management to deliver all needed communications, explanations and support to ensure that LPSplus deployment is aligned with WSD LPSplus requirements and standards
- Mobilize the organization through Employee CI, Management CI, Process Excellence
- Drives CI Campaigns to mobilize the employees in CI
- Leads and/or supports workshops on the shop floor and indirect Area
- Follows up of the MM CI Workshops and escalates if necessary to LPSplus Management, ensures monthly report of the results
- Trains employees on Continuous Improvement tools and methods
- Participates to the internal LPSplus result-checks and based on the LPSplus
- result-checks results supports the action plan definition and implementation
