Customer Care Consultant Multilanguage (H/F)

 

Missions:

  • Provide everyday client support by responding to inquiries by phone and/or digital channels in English and French/Arabic languages
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain and improve performance by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Renovate job knowledge by studying new service descriptions; participate in educational opportunities

Exigences de l'emploi

Profile:

  • You have a degree in Management or equivalent diploma
  • You are fluent in English and French/Arabic (written and spoken)
