Manage directly the employees of the Quality department (tasks, holiday plan, training plan, salary, bonus, appraisal) in agreement with the ASK Group General Quality Director and the Local Legal/Plant Manager.Assign to the Quality team the yearly objectives according to the Company strategy.Propose and manage a quality improvement plan (5M approach) for the ASK local Company he belongs to (hereinafter ASK local Company) according the quality strategy / targets defined by the ASK Group General Quality Director.Propose and manage (via RAI process) the yearly quality budget and investment budget for the ASK local Company.Manage RDA process for quality expenses for the ASK local Company.Support the local ASK Managers to define and update the local Company KPIs, according the ASK Group strategy and KPIs / targets.Support the local ASK Managers for the Management Review process of the local ASK Company.Guarantee that the local procedures, operative instructions and templates are defined and described according the ASK Group quality strategy and rules and are managed with the ASK Group quality system document database. Support the ASK Group Quality Director to implement (explain, train people) the ASK Group procedures, operative instructions and template, risk based thinking and process approach in the ASK local Company. Support the local Quality department in managing Non-Conformities, included stop shipment and stop production.Guarantee (self assessment) the ASK local Company respects the quality system standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 15504, …).Support the ASK Group Quality Director to track and negoziate the TF and costs related to Customer nonquality invoices. Manage the cost reverse to the suppliers and sub suppliers.
