Customer Service Analyst
Profil
• Administrates the customer demand -demand variation analysis
• Leads the daily scheduling and support Lean processes
• Manages the SFG and FG inventory levels
• Updates, prepares and follows up the shipping schedules
• Follows up the customer service rate
• Supports managing End Of Life and technical change processes
• Supports the Start Of Production process
• Leads the Commercial and Industrial Planning meetings
• Leads the Master Production Schedule process
• Leads the Capacity Requirement Planning process
Graduation and Job Experience :
• Supply chain Graduation School Bac+3
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Skills :
• Customer orientation (internal and external)
• Team work
• ERP knowledge
• Good Communication Level
