Job Description

* Manage Customer satisfaction and 8D reports on customers portails

* Represents customers on quality and delivery related matters

* Coordination of customer visits and audits.

* Shares any findings with other applicable plants

* Coordinates the problem solving for all customer quality concerns. Interfaces with the customer and the problem solving team.
