Raiitec is a software agency based in Tunisia and Germany. We provide consultancy and software solutions for clients all around the world. Our expertise includes architecture and cloud concepts as well as their implementation. We develop transformation strategies and optimise IT service processes. Data, information and the use of innovative technologies form the basis of our services.

For one of our clients we are looking for a Support Engineer Messaging Systems . The consultant will work as a member of an international project team.

Exigences de l'emploi

Required Skills/Experience:

   – Candidates should have strong customer management skills and/or an aptitude to work calmly with customers under immense pressure

    -Ability to put the customer first at any situation

    -Extensive knowledge of Notes/Domino Administration including internals like LTPA, Security, Certificates.

 – Knowledge of network analyzers like Wireshark, windows debugging tools, protocols like VP, TCSPI, RTP, SIP etc.

   – Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS and SSL Communication is needed

   – Strong administration skills on Notes/Domino/SameTime/Traveler or equivalent

   – Domain knowledge of Instant Messaging, Voice and Video Conferencing Solution is important.

    -Working knowledge of OS at Win/ Unix/ Linux is required .

    -Should be willing to work in shifts during weekdays/weekends

    -Long term commitment to Germany location is a must

    -Should have strong desire to seek long term career in Customer Support field

    -Fluent written and spoken German
