Description de l'emploi
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist (M/F) who will work on the:
- Installation and maintenance of used software, systems, and network.
- Improving user’s usage of the resource by sharing good practices.
- Maintaining and upgrading the components of the network, desktop and server, networks components.
- Diagnosing the user’s issues, fixing them and making proposal to prevent same behavior and improve availability of the resources.
- Create code and tools to fulfill user’s requirements (scripting).
- Being part of the IT team in usual office works:
- Do presentations to improve company and suppliers practices and awareness.
- Provide Team Leader with as accurate and precise estimates as possible for assigned task duration, along with confidence levels and foreseeable dependencies.
- Preparing features performing architecture and tasks breakdowns, in collaboration with Team Leader.
- Provide technical guidance to other team members.
- Supporting the users for theirs IT needs
- Maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure on the sites.
- Ensuring the respect of company policies in IT resources usage
Exigences de l'emploi
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in same position
- Windows and Mac installation and administration
- Experience with Office 365
- Windows Active Directory
- Experience in Supporting the key departments in a company
- Experience with Ticketing Systems
- Experience in Web software and browser
- appreciated (servers, clients, tools)
- Familiar with TCP/IP network, installation,administration and troubleshooting, cable and wireless environment TCP/IP, UDP, Wire shark and network tools and utilities
- Familiar with application and networks security issues
- Windows: 7, 8, Windows Server, Active Directory, Mac: OSX, Linux: Ubuntu, MS Office software
- Network printing, Understands basic relational database concepts
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above with major in Computer Science
