HR House International is recruiting for one of her client an international Customer Care Management Company :

 Business Manager (H/F)

Missions:

  Determine contact center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses.

  Provide inspired leadership for the organization and support worker communication with the management team

  Contribute information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.

  Prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

  Identify and address problems and explore opportunities for the center.

Profile :

  You have a  degree in Management or equivalent diploma

  You have working experience in the area, preferably coming from international business contexts

  You are fluent in English language (written and spoken)
