Description de l'emploi
The Customer Service Coordinator is the interface between commercial functions, Demand & Supply Planning and Customers. The role encompasses:
o Manages sales orders from the customer. This includes orders receipt, acknowledgement, and processing.
o Processing and Supply of orders in a timely and efficient manner to the end customer.
o Updates & follow up on order status & shipping details for the weekly estimates while keeping all customers informed.
o Identification of potential supply problems in supply chain, development and implementation of necessary preventive and corrective actions
o Improvement of Logistics and Distribution costs
o Improvement for the obsolescence stock
o Managing claims by doing proper investigation and get into the accrual process.
o Proper invoicing in line with the company compliancy policies and revenue recognition rules
Exigences de l'emploi
- Bachelor’s degree (degree or certification in supply chain preferred)
- Experience in Customer Service, Logistics and Distribution Operations
- Experience with Import and Export Documentation
- Working experience with ERP systems (E1/SAP)
- PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
