• Harvest Group Tunisia is the third branch of the Harvest group company, which opened in 2016. Its main responsibilities are:
  • Data reporting and insights
    • Standardized and optimized reports and performance trackers for U.S. team/clients
  • Analytical storytelling
    • Leveraging data to tell a compelling story
  • Software development
    • To support the dynamic needs of our team // add more details
  • Tool creation
    • Creating easy-to-use solutions to complex data problems
  • Database management and maintenance

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand Harvest architecture and principles
• Follow the development of best practices:
  • Write code in a test-first manner – TDD
  • Write clean, clear, readable code
  • Follow Harvest best practices
  • Follow the Agile framework
• Complete sprint tasks on time and with excellence
• Presenting completed work in sprint reviews
• Active participation in sprint planning, review, and retrospective

Exigences de l'emploi

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of:
  • Programming language skills (C#, React, etc.)
  • Test-Driven Development (optional),
  • Cloud services (Azure) (optional),
  • Agile principles (Scrum and Kanban)
• Continuous learning mentality
• Having great communication skills
  • Internal team communication
  • Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical end-users
