You Manage Customer Support escalations: Refunds, wrong CP sold, wrong CP registration day, you manage translations request, you investigate CP Portfolio & Pricing discrepancy, you help document end to end HP / Best2serve process, offers and orders flows.
You help drive Marketing improvements and, traffic issues investigations, you lead Digital traffic transition activities.
With a 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position. You are fluent in english.
