Description de l’annonce:

• Execution of Pre-FAT, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests)
• Preparation of HH machines for shipment
• Coordination with the After-Service Manager the schedule of installation, SAT, production support, etc. of the equipment
• Execution SAT (Site Acceptance Tests)
• Production support at Customer Site
• Training of Operators on HH Machines at HH in Germany or at Customer sites
• Execution and validation of IQ/OQ protocols
• Follow up of machine’s state in customer site after SAT
• Preventive and curative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair the defective equipment
• Remote technical support
• Program and intervention agendas preparation for clients
• Preparation of maintenance programs for customers with weekly monitoring
• Writing reports of visits to customers and definition of action plans
• Coordination with local and international technical teams
• Daily reporting to After Service Manager HARRO MEA about the technical interventions at Customer sites or at HH
• Preparation training program with his Manager
• Collection information about HH equipments and preparation suggestion/technical solutions
• traveling on mission for more than 200 days per year.
