Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors in a professional manner
– Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
– Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
– Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing correspondances
– Record information as needed
– Help organize and maintain office common areas.
– Organize Travelling matters as needed by referring to the logistics manager
– Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
– Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies; prepare the needs and orders to be sent to the logistics manager if necessary
Qualifications:
– 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative rôle
– Have general understanding about administrative procedures.
– Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
– Ability to work well under limited supervision
– Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation ( english, french and arabic)
– Strong attention to details
– Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment ( excel, mailing).
