Established in 1978, weare present in more than 30 countries with offices in Paris, London, Bonn, Washington, Sao Paulo, Tokyo, Middle East, and ShanghaiPosition overview:• Responsible for adequately mapping all mid-sized corporations within the European defined territories using available ressources (Excel files, Prospection list, ….)-Mapping : finding the contact audience (the concerned people)• Source All prospective contacts defined as “Target Audience”, within each corporation• Support the business development team by providing all sourced prospects in a structured and standardized template defined by management to include, but not limited to personnel names, titles, company background information, personal profile information and concentrations, emails, phone numbers, HQ numbers, city, states and any other defined necessities• Work closely with management to define evolving priorities and targets  need to adapt• Ensure good reporting to management both by email and conference calls and ensure proper mapping, and target audiences capture within each organization and market specified

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Detail oriented and a quick learner
  • Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her prospecting is fully completed
  • Ability to identify process efficiencies and improvements
  • Experience with Linked In (Sales Navigator), Zoom Info, online web searching, or other relatable lead sourcing software
  • Experience with Microsoft suite products (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Professional English (writing & speaking)
  • French bilingual

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, or lead generation

  • Works well under deadlines
