Description de l'emploi
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with operations managers by having weekly alignment meetings to ensure smooth operational processes across Tunisia and apply the required adjustments.
- Control Fleet capacities in Tunisia along with the analytics team by monitoring inbound levels and ground operations capacity’s deficits.
- Evaluate LMI specialist’s performance and KPIs on weekly monthly and yearly basis.
- Implement new products and align with Regional LMI Leader to evaluate implementation processes.
- Onboard Tunisia’s ground operations and HSSE teams on new products and processes.
- Work alongside with the LMI Specialists to implement new LMI SOPs and standardize operational processes across the entity.
- Direct LMI specialist to launch new cities and expand the Fleet network across the entity.
- Use feedback from LMI Specialists to work alongside with the LMI Ops Analyst on building routes structure for new cities.
Request digital improvements from community operations team to increase operations efficiency and reduce on the ground workloads for LMI operations.

Required profile:
- Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree
- High level of effective communication.
- Years of experience: 2-4
- Advance MS Office skills.
- Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Knowledge in data collection systems or a proven ability to apply new systems effectively.
- Personal commitment to stay up-to-date with all technology related concepts.
