The role is working as an assistant to an accounting agency. If you enjoy having multiple types of tasks, are detail oriented, enjoy finances, and helping others this could be the position for you. Responsibilities:
Make your employers life easier by helping them use their time for their specialty. The position also requires a strong willingness to learn new and varied skills. You must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. You will be responsible for book keeping, inputing and updating information in quickbooks, managing financial transactions, and reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have fluent English.
Strong overall writing skills
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and E-mail
QuickBooks certification a plus
Detail oriented and quick learner
Information researcher
Proactive and problem solver
