Description de l’annonce:
– Principal mission: To pilot the wave soldering machines
– Principal Tasks:
o Set-up, verification, validation of the wave soldering machine and monitoring they parameters (SPC),
o Ensure the 1st level preventive maintenance of the wave soldering machine and its accessories (frames, footprints, conveyor,…) according to work instruction,
o Ensure the recording of the quantities realised and the monitoring of the cadences as described on the work orders,
o Training and assessment of new recruits ,
o To be the guarantee of the required quality level,
o To ensure the respect of the rules of handling, storage, packaging and preservation and cleanliness in the area,
o Participate in the validation of the first pieces released and recording results,
o Participate in the analysis of the causes of non-conformities whose source is wave soldering,
o Collaborate with quality and process to identify process/product improvements,
o Ensure the respect of the 5S rules applicable to the wave soldering station,
o Ensure proper application of recording procedures at the wave soldering machine,
o Ensure the daily audit on 3S
– Generic Tasks:
o Apply environmental management measures (Règles de tri à la source….),
o Identify improuvement actions,
o Ensure the respect and application of the QMS requirements and related documents,
– Skills:
o Have a superior technician diploma in electronics,
o Mastery of the wave soldering process is highly recommended,
o First aid and firefighting training is desired,
o Knowledge of the IPC standard is highly desirable
o Minimum experience of 3 years
