Responsibilities
- Production quality control and defective parts management according to IATF 16949
- Monitor the performance of quality inspector
- Continuous improvement for scrap rate reduction
- Supplier management and customer complaint solving
- Perform regular internal audit and receive external audits
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading & writing)
- 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering department of automotive wire harnesses related industry
- Great problem-solving skills to handle urgent issues of production
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software
- Familiar with IATF 16949 standards
- Familiar with quality process and measurement equipment (micrometer, projector, cross-section analyzer)
- Has experiences of external audit
- Open-minded, honest, eager to learn and good communications skills
