Occupation: Finance & Accounting Specialist
Location: Ben Arous (El Mghira Industrial Zone)
On-board time: 30 June 2021
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR on works related to salaries, bonuses, deductions (payroll taxes, garnishments, social security, benefits) of all employees.
- Manage and track all incoming payments from customers.
- Setup payments for suppliers and log into ERP system to ensure proper internal control
- Communicate with company bank account manager and clarify doubts if nessasary
- Assist Director with cash flow entries.
- Assist Director with Budgeting and Forecasting
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading & writing)
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance & accounting
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software
- Familiar with Tunisian accounting laws & regulations
- Open-minded, honest, eager to learn and good communications skills
- Attention to details
- Experience in manufacturing sector is preferred
