We are looking for a Business Coordinator with knowledge in communication, Management, Personal Assistance, Marketing, Public Relations, International Business and Fashion Industry.
We are looking for a creative person, with a developed sense of organization, who is detail oriented and efficient communicator.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence including messages and emails as well as phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Helping in organizing different events (if needed)
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Collating, filing expenses and preceding to payment if needed
- Working on the social media aspect; managing pages, websites and social media accounts; answering messages, interacting with customers, making suggestions
