We are looking for several Customer Support Assistants for our UK and FR market during summer season.
Role
You assist Customer Support Agents by answering phone calls from our customers based on the UK or French market.
Responsabilities
- Answer telephone calls in English/French in a clear and polite manner
- Redirect customers to our Help pages where possible so that they solve the problem themselves.
- Record complex technical problems in our CRM database and pass them on to the manager.
- Notify the manager if a customer has been waiting for a response for a long time.
- Identify recurring problems and report them to the manager.
Exigences de l'emploi
- Young graduate who is looking for a summer job
- Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory
- Telephone skills, politeness and good resistance to stress
- A first experience in a call center, customer service is a plus
- Capacity of analysis and understanding
