You will project a professional image of the society and provide a high quality, welcoming and efficiently integrated enquiry service for the full range of the society and the activities, product and services through the call center. Furthermore, you will answer all incoming calls through our call center to corporate customer care standards and all basic enquiries (according to definition provided) to satisfaction of customer. Also, you will respond to telephone enquiries that need following up within 12 hours unless research is required, and the enquiry cannot be answered immediately. Moreover, you will acknowledge and state when answer will be provided if enquiry cannot be answered within standard period and you will take messages in the event of a colleague’s absence and to pass them on immediately using the agreed methods (email).
With a University Degree or similar, a first experience in a call center or in a similar position is quite needed. The english fluency (B2) is a must.
