HR Assistant
The tasks of an HR Assistant include :
Posting jobs ads and organizing resumes and jobs applications.
Dealing with employees requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
Coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews.
Creating work and internship certificates .
Conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees by training them.
Preparing new employees’ files.
Supporting all internal-related inquiries and requests.
Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity.
*Requirements :
-Freshly graduated with a bachelor degree in HR
-Have a good level of English and French
-Have no more than 4 or 5 months of professional experience in HR.
-Have an internship in an HR department
-Can have a SIVP contract
