Customer Service cum Sales Executive Remote
Job Summary:
The main objective of the person is to promote the growth of the business. The person should be quite customer-friendly and should be able to persuade the users.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Market and Promote learning languages by calling potential customers from the leads provided
Reporting to the Founder on a daily basis
Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from potential customers
Adjust a well-tailored sales pitch and deliver it efficiently to the customers
Should be very persuasive in order to convince the customers to buy the product by illustrating it in such a way that it meets their needs
Managing online live chat and customer service inquiries
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
Handle and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
Update and maintain customer information in the customer service database
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policy
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via emails and chat
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Qualifications and Requirements:
Fluent in French and Well spoken in English
Good with communication skills as the job mainly focuses on business growth over a telephonic conversation
1 or 2 years of working experience as work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
An ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Well skilled in persuasion and negotiation
Need to be versatile
A can-do attitude and natural aptitude for sales
Persistent and result-oriented
Proven track record of fulfilling sales targets
