Transsion holdings' branch in Tunisia is looking for 01 Customer service supervisor in Sousse to work in the smartphone industry (after-sales services).
Main Responsibilities :
- Following the company strategy to find the dealers to open the service center in appointed cities
- Following the company strategy to find the dealers to open the collection point in appointed cities
- KPI management by region which includes : TAT\Satisfaction\RR\RWR
- Following the branch image improvement and rectifying and reforming following HQ requests
- Reporting:preparing daily and weekly report for line managers upon request
- Spareparts sales and accessories sales to reach the targets set by the company
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, trade, telecommunication or related field of studies
- 3- 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position or in mobile and smartphone fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Advanced knowledge on MS Office Programs and other softwares (IT drive)
- Strong communication and analytical skills with professional attitude
- Young (maximum 35 years of age) and highly motivated to integrate a young and dynamic team.
Work conditions:
- Workplace : Sousse
- Working hours : 48h/week
- Gross Salary : 1800 TND – 2050 TND
- Language : English (chinese line manager)
