Real Time Analyst – FinTech Italian Market
In this Full-Time role you will be required to manage the assigned campaigns’ real-time aspect of the business in terms of staffing, reporting, escalation and outage management within the work week.
You will be as well ;
• Responsible for working with operations and other departments in ensuring that KPIs are met.
• Responsible for real time monitoring, tracking, documenting and communicating agent activity on multiple lines of business.
• Generate and publish intraday, absenteeism and staffing projections on an interval and end of day level.

Requirements :
• Minimum studies: University training in Economics, Business Studies, Statistics, Mathematics or similar. In its absence, knowledge will be demonstrated through extensive experience in the performance of similar functions.
• Knowledge/Specific training in Results Analysis Systems and/or Applied Statistics.
• Office package: Intermediate level/ Google Apps: Google Apps: High level
• E-mail Communication: High level
• Language knowledge: Italian (C1) English (B1)
