We are currently looking for a person for the position:

Q/HSE Manager

Place of work: Sousse- Tunisia

Main tasks:

Process Management

  • Promotes and improves the process and quality management within the relevant organization

  • Supports the management in the nomination of process managers and communicate changes to corporate PQM.

  • Together with the local process managers, changes in GMS processes are implemented and the implementation verified.

  • Prepares, analyses and presents relevant process KPI’s to the division or MEC team. In the event of deviations from the target, define measures to achieve the objective.

  • Promotes and assures proactive and preventive process and quality management in the organization

Quality Management

  • Leads the handling of internal and external complaints. Supports all  departments in the root cause analysis and implementation of containment, corrective and preventive actions.

  • Supports all local departments in the process of preventive quality planning

  • Defines and implements mid and long term quality improvement programs based on analysis.

  • Coordinates the implementation of the Group’s quality, environmental, health & safety and product safety policy as well as continuous improvement together with the management team and the process managers. Consider local customer and legal requirements and implement accordingly.

  • Supports and coaches the entire organization in the area of process and quality management, especially in the area of certifications but not limited to this. Organizes the certification audits aligned with the certification body and corporate PQM.

  • They are responsible for the internal auditing activities (CIP01-03) within the Group Company / Division, i.e.

a) nominate and develop qualified auditors,

b) preparation of the annual audit program

c) ensure that internal audits are performed as planned and corrective actions are implemented effectively and on time

d) preparation of the summary report for annual Management Review.

  • Coordinates customer audits

  • Provides a monthly report to corporate PQM

  • Holds a close contact to the corporate PQM team in the headquarter, Reports dotted line to corporate PQM.

  • Supports the local management team in preparing the annual management review

Authorization

  • The Head PQM has the authority and responsibility to issue the necessary instructions related to the management system. In particular in case of risk that non-conforming product can have an impact to the customer, the Head PQM must stop production or shipment. Adequate measures to determine the consequence for the customer and to avoid recurrence must be taken. »

  • Experience in Risk Management, Compliance Management (QEHS) and Project Management
