Job responsibilities: sales and Partnership development 

– Identify and qualify potential new customers and partners in the assigned sales territory and turn this into increased business for the company.  Develop and maintain relationships to achieve or exceed revenue goals.

– Generate and manage short term and long term leads from internal and external referral sources to qualify prospects (clients and partners) and advance them through the sales process.

– Plan approaches and pitches.  Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client and partner's needs, concerns and objectives.

– Effectively present and discuss the services of the company to prospective clients (clients and partners) in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs.

– In terms of partnership development, initiate new as well as follows up on existing partner relations to investigate innovative ways for cooperation that will Express World to reach their strategic goals

– Will be Express World's spokesperson at certain international events and meetings, presenting Express World  in the international field of potential partners, after which the manager will also follow up on relationships initiated during those sessions, as well as follow up on relationships developed by the Executive Director during his activities

– Takes a leading role in the partnership cooperation through cooperating with the expected partners to achieve joint goal settings, basically engaging and contracting.

– Has experience in structured decision making processes, prioritisation and has prior experience in goal setting, planning, monitoring and reporting, as well as contractual aspects of cooperation.
