RIADVICE is a BigBlueButton Commercial Support Provider, we assist businesses maintain better control of their IT pipelines through our DevOps Services, tailored Software Engineering and consulting.
Position
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality instructional online material for consistent and uniform online programs that support and help professionals in the medical sector.
Instructional Designers demonstrate and utilise organisation, course development, and evaluation skills to complete course development project in a timely and efficient manner. Instructional Designers proactively improve the quality of and engagement opportunities within courses programs. These individuals will act as the liaison between translation agency and administrators and various internal teams to design and develop courses with strict requirement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with our client to establish a clear vision and expectation for the course development process.
- Assess translation quality for the courses, subtitles, quizzes and FAQs.
- Review the content and complete the course development on Moodle.
- Assesses course materials and provides feedback for improvement and fine tuning.
- Generates regular reports on all course development activities.
- Builds course assets into the LMS.
- Proactively improves courses during the feedback process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Able to work remotely.
- Minimum Graduate degree in Education, literature, or a related field with speciality in Arabic, Chinese, Russian, French or Spanish.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Working knowledge of basic instructional design principles.
- Ability to meet customer standards regarding the rules and the settings of the Course
- Some technical skills, including a basic knowledge of HTML, Web searching, and educational Web tools.
- Basic abilities in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Interest in the implementation of innovative, creative course delivery methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working in LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) is a plus.
