You work with the Sales Effectiveness Manager and the Sales Management Team to support sales planning & analysis. You support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting, and communications. You Track and analyse key metrics –pipeline growth, quota attainment. Proactively analyse win-loss data and report on key findings to sales leadership, including forecasting sales trends.
You are in charge of Collecting, consolidating, and generating weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management.
You Support sales leaders in the management/follow up of performance of sales team (i.e: presentations, data analyses, top achievements, …), Perform market trends and competition analysis.
You Analyse and deliver information to the marketing and sales areas related to the client portfolio, trends, risks, characteristics, that allows prevent/predict/correct client churn or develop them.
You manage and deliver data & information that allows to marketing and sales areas identifying new opportunities for development / capture of new businesses, focused on types of industries, segments, competitors, free markets, etc.
With a Bachelor’s degree in BI, Finance, Business, Data or related degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , in Excel, CRM software knowledge (Sales Force), Power BI (or similar analysis and reporting tool). 3-plus years in a Business Analyst or similar role; management. You speack both english and french.
