Responsibilities
- Management of the Line of Business Case Management’s e-mail boxes
- Registration of files on the traceability tool
- Follow-up request, drafting and sending of follow-up mails
- Administrative processing of files (traceability, constitution, closure, etc.)
- Management of partner/customer references and submission of these references, if applicable
- Receipt and allocation of queries from partners / clients (dispatch)
- Transmission of cases to partners according to the requirements defined in the current SDEA, if applicable
- Management and retrieval of cases made available by the authorities (via ICSR download or MLM or any other module made available by the authorities), if applicable
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in science related field
- A prior experience in vigilance is preferable
Skills
- Comfortable with using IT tools
- Excellent communication skills
- A good level of English (Oral and written)
- Organisation and planning skills
