machinestalk Tunisia, leader in IoT solutions and editor of its own IoT platform, seeks to strengthen its Design team by a “UIUX Designer” to integrate its team and work in internal and client projects.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is excited to work on designing digital solutions and products.
As UI UX Designer,
You will:

Create innovative UX concepts for mobile and web app, in close collaboration with stakeholders and developers creating UI interfaces, including elements and layouts, style guides, icons and much more

Design the user experience of our digital products, websites,
-
Create a cohesive brand and visual language across our apps to deliver high-quality, compelling experiences that our customers will love
-
Ensures the analysis of customer needs and the proposal of interfaces in UI / UX
-
Analysis & estimation of assigned tasks
-
Preparing mockups and models based on specifications and customer needs
-
Participate in the design and analysis of solutions / product to develop
-
Ensures the analysis and design of the models of the screens to be developed
-
Actively participating in team meetings and the company's activities
-
Effective collaboration with team members
-
Providing request-based reports within deadlines
-
Ensuring continuous technological watch over technologies, tools and methodologies related to his field of expertise.

Sharing knowledge with his team members and the rest of his colleagues through presentations, hands-on workshops or training sessions
Required skills:
-
At least 3 years of experience in Web & mobile UI/UX design,
-
1 Year experience using Adobe XD or Figma,
-
Strong ability to effectively communicate with Product owners and development team and persuade around design concepts,
-
Experience in graphic design and digital content and good understanding of design systems,
-
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English,
