What you will do:
• Collect, translate & align data out of various sources.
• Maintain and cleanup data.
• Identify and remove unnecessary fields and data.
• Create and maintain tables/charts/views in Excel, using formulae, Pivot tables Power query, VBA.
• Create and automate data flows to improve the data quality used by reports.
• Other duties, projects & admin tasks to support logistics teams worldwide.
• Develop relationships with analytical sources within the supplier network (inside & outside National Pen) to constantly improve quality of data flows.
What we need from you:
• Microsoft Office 365 experience – Excel advanced level required
• Functions (VLOOKUP, MID,…)
• Logical functions (if, ifs, sumif, countif, or, and…)
• Data Validation / Data Filters
• PivotTable Tools
• Charts
• VBA and macros (automate complex tasks with macros)
• Power query (Get, Transform)
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power automate desktop would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.
• A team player with strong analytical skills.
• A good communicator.
• Strong team player • Able to manage stakeholder relationships.
• A rigorous, organized, and analytical mind.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Very detailed with high level of accuracy required.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accountability for efficient and accurate data entry/checking/analyses.
