Transsion holdings is looking for a merchandiser for its brand ITEL in Tunisia, respectively in Sousse region as follows:
Main Responsibilities:
Follow up the application of the company strategy in designated shops (Product availability and display, dispatching of marketing material, prices alignments)
Build ITEL customer portfolio and update it regularly with new potential customers
Conduct regular visits for customers and collect purchase orders, complaints and queries to report to line manager
Follow up the position of ITEL brand in designated shops comparing to other brands
Directly manager the promoters in the area
Report on a regular basis to respective line manager
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management and a successful experience in mobile and smartphone fields.
Young (maximum 35 years of age) and highly motivated to integrate a young and dynamic team.
Good presentation skills and logical thinking, basic Excel skills
Good at communication, strong driving force, good negotiation and teamwork ability to achieve goals.
Good command of English
Preferably owns a driving licence and a car.
