We are looking for an « IT Help Desk Technician“
Essential Responsibilities:
-Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
-Provide user technical assistance and perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques
-Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
-Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
-Follow-up with users to ensure issues are resolved
-Provide needed information on IT products or services-Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve-Suggest improvements on procedures
Education: BTP/BTS
-Experience: Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician is preferred
-Technical skills
-In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
-Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
-Customer-oriented and patient
-Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
-Willing to learn new techniques (adaptable and open to new ideas).
-Soft skills:
-Excellent communication/documentation skills
-Ability to work on multiple projects of varying styles.
-Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
