Job Description
- Respond to comments, messages and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Qualifications
The Social Media Agent should:
- Be a GMC Ambassador.
- Be a Community Builder.
- Be an Excellent Communicator.
- Be Proactive.
- Know how to advise the client effectively.
- Know how to enhance the quality of customer service.
- Master the way he explains to the customer the GMC learning method and the concept of active learning.
- Able to work well as part of the whole team and independently.
- Have Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good Frensh and English
Required education and experience
- You have a university degree from a top school.
- You have gained 01 years work experience in a top start-up.
- Customer Support or community management experience .
