You lead and develop product support or solution(s) planning over entire lifecycle, including design strategies, end-to-end service delivery and sales readiness and associated processes
You Represent services on product or solution core teams and provide service requirements into product development stages/phases, e.g., Product warranty support and cost analysis, and Service Product Marketing content/collateral. You will be able to Perform business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
You Work across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth. You Utilize in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
You use your technical and business skills to carry out complex cross-functional activities that drive the continued growth of the service business. You Provide entoring and guidance to peers and lower-level employees.
You have 3+ years of experience in IT Project management, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. With an excellent level of Driving IT programs, strong project management and Quote to Cash experience. JIRA and PMP are a must.
