Project Coordinator
· Responsabilities :
Administering Project Management Tool (PMT)
– Manage PMT core data (dimensions, users, project templates).
– Interact with PMT provider to ensure proper functionality of the tool.
– Support development of PMT and implementation of the best practices.
– Review project and timesheets data for accuracy, completeness, and quality against original scope.
Covering functional blocks
– Create projects
– Manage information flow to F&A regarding projects billing
– Perform projects monthly closing based on the information provided by functional management.
– Provide support to the Project Managers / Team Leaders with project planning, execution, and preparation for monthly closing.
Specific areas
– Ensure the completion and filing of project quality documentation as per QMS specifications and deadlines (acceptance protocols or other required quality system records).
– Organize training and support current staff and newcomers in project management processes, preparation related training materials.
– Perform other duties as required related to project management.
· Required Profile :
– A bachelor’s degree in business, administration, project management.
– 3 years of experience in a project management and administration role.
– Excellent analytical skills.
· Competency Needed :
– Complete mastery over MS office (Excel, PowerPoint).
– English level : Fluent
– French level : Fluent
