A multinational electronics company is hiring immediately a Receptionist  to be responsible for day-to-day office administrative tasks.

Role & Responsibilities :  

  • Conduct reception tasks such as greeting guests, answering telephone
  • Maintain general orderliness and cleanliness of the office 
  • Ensure office supplies are ordered and stocked and that expired materials are properly disposed of
  • Assists in organizing office events and assisting with office kitchen duties
  • Opens, date, stamps, sorts, distributes mail assists with package delivery
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications  :

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • 3-5 years secretary / administrative experience is preferred
  • Good level in French and English
  • Self-motivated with good organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills – energetic, positive and discreet
  • Proficient with office software
