Job Title: Pricing & Promotions Reporting Analyst
Report to: Global Head of Pricing
Location: Tunis
Overview of Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, delivery-focused reporting analyst with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You must have a can-do attitude, and thrive on working in a multi-cultural team environment. You have excellent inter-personal skills and strong (English language) communication skills. You excel at telling stories using data.
This role will be working with the data visualisation tool Looker, so prior experience of this tool is preferred. However, if you have a minimum of 1 year (non-academic) working experience designing and building reports using comparable data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Qlik or Power BI) your application will also be considered. Please do not apply for this role, if you do not have this experience.
What you will do:
Work with Pricing & Promotions data to produce data visualisations/reports in Looker which will be used by stakeholders across the business. Including, but no exclusive to:
- Pricing: Benefits Dashboard
- Pricing: Performance History
- Pricing: Index & Line count Reporting
- Pricing: Inter-channel Pricing Reporting
- Promotions: Campaign Performance Reporting
- Promotions: Benefits Dashboard
- Working exclusively in Looker data visualisation tool (experience preferred)
- Aggregate, and summarise data from various Snowflake DB data sources using SQL
- Work with Global Heads of both Pricing & Promotions to verify reporting requirements
- Collaborating with BI/Data Teams across the business, to ensure reporting integrity
- Liaise with Finance team to validate, and authenticate benefits calculations
- Provide any analytical support as required by the business
- Working closely with Global Pricing & Promotions Team also based in Tunisia

- Minimum of 1 year (non-academic) working experience designing and building reports using data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Qlik or Power BI)
- Technical system experience, previously worked with file drop processes
- Friendly can-do attitude
- Advanced Excel skills – previously handled multiple file formats
- Advanced SQL Skills – Managing/manipulating large data sets
- General Merchandising product knowledge, or previous e-com/retail experience ideal
