The main missions of the role are to:
– To develop industrial application defined by the competence center. (Version development as well as small enhancements)
– To maintain applications at third level as well as support through the support chain the users and/or technical incidents
– Develop industrial software with specifications defined by CC
– Responsible of the unit and integration tests
– Maintain the different versions of the software
– Report to the CC project manager
– Maintain the technical documentations
– Write technical procedures
– Maintain and support Faurecia’s applications at level 3
– Resolution of the issues/incidents when possible and/or raise Request For Change ( RFCs) to ask correction in the applications or to fix definitively the issues in a coming version or escalate to the front office for further escalation to the editor
– Stratos incident dashboard follow-up
– Look for ways to proactively reduce frequently occurring (and other) incidents
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
– Service minded, structured and autonomous
– Master degree in IT
– Professional experience with development and support
– Knowledge of SQLserver, Dot.net development, PHP
– Ability to be autonomous as well as ability to have a good team work with the CC, with PGs level 2 support.
– Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
