Your Main Missions:
– Delivering a positive customer experience while assisting users of the online sales platform (CHAT),
– Handling customer issues and providing them with the relevant solutions,
– Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Above all, a cheerful, confident, and passionate Customer Service Support team eager to assist our clients with their account inquiries and concerns.
Successful candidates must provide:
– English fluency (writing and Comprehension),
– Previous customer services experience
– Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
What we offer:
1. Salary:
A fixed NET salary of 870 TND for a 40-hours scheme with 2 days of rest per week.
