FMCG Company in Libya
We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to be based in Libya, to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. You will be shaping the company’s outward image.
As the Brand Manager you will be building a brand strategy and a unique story and experience for customers, to connect them with the company and its services and foster loyalty.
If you’re creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify research needs, conduct market research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities, trends, insights, and information
- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of activities and media outlets
- Support in the development and branding of new products and verticals.
- Managing budgets to support branding efforts
- Support in creating all internal communication tools and projects
- Lead the social media communication team and own the ideation and creation of visual content.
- Responsible for branding activities when expanding to new markets.
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage a small team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Strong communication skills
