To strengthen its sedentary sales department in Tunis, the Tunisian subsidiary of the HYDROLA France Group is looking for:
Sedentary Export Sales Manager BILINGUAL English:
Reporting to a site manager, you are in charge of developing our export sales (European, South American, African and Asian markets).
As such, your main missions are the following:
- Prospect the potential market
- Take charge of price requests from our professional customers, identify the needs and commercial opportunities and direct the customer towards the best technical and commercial offers.
- Prepare commercial offers and present them to customers. Conduct negotiations until the order is obtained.
- Ensure the follow-up of the customer business and the management of the customer portfolio on its sector.
- Ensure reporting of its activities (prospecting, sales figures)
- Ensure the commercial and administrative follow-up of its sector
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Mastery of the B2B environment and commercial negotiation techniques
- Have a strong sales instinct and verbal ease.
- Ability to conduct conversations and exchanges with high-level contacts (purchasing managers, managers and directors of companies, etc.)
- Collect and analyze Product/Market information (sales results, customer behavior, competition, trends…)
- Monitor activity indicators and take corrective action if necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Perfect command of English language (otherwise please refrain) – a second language (Spanish) would be highly desirable.
- Knowledge of management techniques for outsourced business activities
- Organized, methodical and autonomous
- Ability to organize
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position (sedentary sales force, sales and tele prospecting activities, etc…)
