Alva Tunisia is going to create a new department “Administration” and legal administration manager is going to manage this department.
Responsibilities of the Administrative managers are
- Support and advice Alva President and Alva board member for Tunisian legal and local administrative matters.
- Handle legal issues of the company working with lawyers, bailiffs.
- Group wide Compliance program BEAR promoter and function as a whistleblowing internal contact point.
- Facility management, setting office layout, manage meeting rooms, key management. Negotiating contracts with any leased offices or warehouses.
- Creating, managing and informing company administration rules.
- Recording and keeping contract lists of the company and keeping the list of important documents.
- Managing security company to ensure the safety of the company and its assets, getting authorization from authority and managing security camera together with IT department.
- Managing staffs who run canteens for workers.
- Controlling fixed phones and mobile phones and plans.
- Managing café business in Alva-1
- Administrating company Facebook page as an external and internal communication tool
- Promoting charity activity for the company, building good relationship with local community and municipality.
- Planning and executing company event or Toray VIP related events.
