Job Description:
- Sells the company’s products and services by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospects
- Achieve monthly target and KPIs
- Constantly prospect new customers to onboard to the company
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Follow through on the investment actions approved by clients
- Gather market and customer information
- Maintain proper documentation of investment actions taken on behalf of clients
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of investment products
Qualifications:
- High interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial attitude towards expanding the client base.
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Business.
- Excellent problem solving and analytic skills,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- At least 3 years working experience in sales and client services
- Willing to go an extra mile to reach targets and objectives.
- Fluency in English and French.
