Our services are focused on pre-employment screening checks for individuals across the world. These activities are performed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified professional with strong analytical thinking to join our team.

The ID & Registry Product Specialist conducts in-depth research for different products at a worldwide level, allowing to improve product quality, and maximize cost savings and revenue opportunities across the company. Contributes to the development and implementation of new products/services.

Operationnal tasks:

Conducting in-depth research to assess product compliance and feasibility for pre-employment screening/KYC purposes.

Extracting relevant content from a variety of sources and creating sourcing reports and product information in a format tailored to the needs of the company. Categorizing and organizing source material to create clear and user-friendly reports.

Participating in mapping processes by gathering product information, collecting and organizing data.

Reviewing existing products and informing the team Manager of errors or potential improvements.

Designing and proposing methodologies for testing new products and services.

Communicating quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the team manager.

Proposes improvements for established practices and procedures. This may include drafting, reviewing, and/or refining internal guidelines and processes.

Helping internal stakeholders by providing helpful information about iCOVER products and services, answering questions, and responding to complaints in a clear and prompt manner (as per request).

Comply with company standards on conduct, professionalism, brand reputation, confidentiality and standard health, safety and security processes. This includes use of the company systems as intended.
