Matrixcel Business, seeking IT Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Excel, interface development, and VBA. Optimize business processes, streamline data management, and automate tasks using advanced Excel skills and user-friendly interfaces. Responsibilities:
- Excel Data Management: Develop and implement efficient data management strategies in Microsoft Excel, including analysis, manipulation, and visualization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure integrity.
- Interface Design and Development: Design intuitive and visually appealing Excel interfaces to enhance user experience and streamline data processing. Develop user-friendly dashboards, forms, and templates for efficient data entry, retrieval, and reporting.
- VBA Automation: Utilize VBA programming skills to automate repetitive tasks, create macros, and build custom functionalities within Excel. Identify opportunities for process automation and implement robust solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues related to Excel, interface functionality, and VBA macros.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and charting.
- In-depth knowledge of VBA programming and automation, including writing custom functions, macros, and error handling.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
