Your Main Missions:

– Analyze results, identify gaps and implement the necessary actions and plans for the achievement of goals,
– Prepare and ensure reporting within deadlines,
Who exactly are we looking for?
Successful candidates must provide:
– Fluency in written and spoken French,
– Fluency in written and spoken English,
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service,
– Rigor and organizational skills,
– Perfect mastery of all the KPIs of the job,
– Exemplarity and confidentiality,
– Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office),
– Analytical and evaluation skills,
– Objectivity and reactivity.
