CIS International School of Tunis is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment within our educational institution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Front Desk Management:

 

Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students with a warm and courteous demeanor.

Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and take accurate messages when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:

 

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and managing school records.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.

Support staff members with general administrative duties as needed.

Information Dissemination:

 

Provide information about the school's programs, events, and policies to parents and visitors.

Direct new students and parents to the necessary registration and orientation processes.

Manage and distribute school-related announcements and updates.

Security and Access Control:

 

Monitor and control access to the school premises, ensuring the safety and security of students and staff.

Implement visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures.

Notify relevant personnel in case of security or safety concerns.

Scheduling and Coordination:

 

Schedule appointments for meetings with school staff and manage the school calendar.

Assist in coordinating school events, parent-teacher conferences, and other activities.

Requirements:

 

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in an educational or customer service setting.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (French proficiency is a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using office software and equipment.

Pleasant and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
